Refund & Digital Product Policy

Last updated: February 21 2026

Policy scope

This Policy applies to purchases made on mckenzieconsulting.ca unless otherwise stated. Purchases made through third-party platforms (Amazon, Etsy, etc.) may be subject to that platform’s refund, dispute, and delivery policies.

Digital products — general rule

Because digital products are delivered electronically and are not returnable, all digital product sales are final once access is granted or a download link is delivered, except where required by law.

Technical issues and replacements

If you cannot access the file or the delivered file is materially corrupted at the time of delivery, we will:

  • re-send the file or link; and/or

  • provide a corrected file where appropriate.

Requests must be submitted to by clicking here within [14] days of purchase and include your order confirmation and a description of the issue.

No refunds for these situations

Refunds are not provided for:

  • change of mind;

  • lack of compatibility due to your device/software environment;

  • failure to follow setup instructions;

  • requests for customization beyond what was included; or

  • issues caused by file modifications after delivery.

Purchases on third-party marketplaces

If you purchased through Amazon/Etsy/another marketplace:

  • refund requests and disputes may need to be submitted through that platform; and

  • we will provide reasonable support consistent with the platform’s rules, including verifying purchase and troubleshooting access or file issues.

Chargebacks and disputes

If you have an issue, contact [support email] first so we can resolve it. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in revoked access to digital products and suspension of support, subject to applicable law.

Consulting services (if applicable)

For consulting calls, audits, workshops, and project work:

  • rescheduling requires [48] hours’ notice;

  • missed sessions or late cancellations may be forfeited; and

  • project deposits/retainers are governed by the signed proposal/engagement agreement.
